RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Nexis Collections, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

7-Day Checking Warranty Every order comes with a 7-day checking warranty. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

3-Month Machine Warranty All watches come with a 3-month machine warranty. If your watch develops a manufacturing fault (movement/mechanism issue) within 3 months of purchase, we will replace it free of cost.

Conditions for Return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Items damaged due to misuse, water damage (beyond stated resistance), or normal wear and tear are not covered.

How to Request a Return: Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via your original payment method or replacement, as applicable.
